DSLP13 LTD (“DSLP13”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14487710, registered office Level 18, 40 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5NR, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Contact details you give us directly (name, email, company, phone if provided) when you use our contact form, book a consultation, or use our checkout; technical data collected automatically when you visit our site via cookies — see our Cookie Policy; and any content or materials you supply to complete a project. Note: our online checkout does not yet process real payments — see clause 2A.

Our checkout page collects billing and card details purely as part of a payment flow that is not yet connected to a live payment gateway. None of the information entered into the card fields (card number, expiry, CVC) is transmitted, stored, or logged anywhere — it exists only in your browser for the duration of that page view and is discarded the moment you leave it. Billing name and email entered at checkout are not stored either, unless you separately contact us by email or phone to arrange payment.

To provide services you’ve purchased or enquired about (performance of a contract, or steps taken prior to entering one); to respond to enquiries and provide support (legitimate interests); to send service-related communications such as project updates and invoices (performance of a contract); to send marketing communications where you’ve opted in, or under the “soft opt-in” rules for existing customers (consent / legitimate interests — you can unsubscribe at any time); to improve our website through analytics (legitimate interests, or consent where required); and to comply with our legal obligations, including tax and accounting record-keeping.

Sub-processors who help us run the business and deliver services: hosting (Vercel Inc.) and email delivery (Resend or equivalent), always under contracts requiring them to protect your data. Also professional advisers where necessary, and law enforcement or regulators where legally required. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Some sub-processors may be located outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as extended to the UK, or an applicable adequacy decision.

Contact and project data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the service, plus a period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations (normally 6 years from the end of the relevant financial year for financial records). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or, if inactive, for no longer than 24 months.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have inaccurate data corrected, have data erased in certain circumstances, restrict or object to our processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access to client data — to protect the personal data we hold.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be highlighted on our website.
