These Terms & Conditions govern any use of the DSLP website and any services you purchase from DSLP13 LTD (company number 14487710, registered office Level 18, 40 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5NR, United Kingdom). By purchasing a service or engaging us, you accept these terms.

We provide branding and design, web design, and consulting services, as described on our website and confirmed in your order, quote or statement of work. Package inclusions are as set out on the relevant pricing page at the time of purchase.

Fixed-price packages are payable in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly retainers, where applicable, are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT, added at the applicable rate where chargeable. Our online checkout does not currently process card payments. Submitting the checkout form confirms your order request but does not take payment; our team will contact you by email or phone to arrange payment (currently by bank transfer or invoice) before work begins. This will be updated once card payment goes live.

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on the pricing page; additional revisions are chargeable at the published add-on rate. Delivery timescales are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless expressly agreed in writing; delays caused by late client feedback, late provision of assets, or late access/credentials are not our responsibility.

You agree to provide, in a timely manner, any content, brand assets or other materials we reasonably need to deliver the service, and to designate one point of contact authorised to approve deliverables and revisions on your behalf.

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final delivered files (logo, brand guidelines, or website code and content) transfers to you. Until full payment is received, all intellectual property in the work remains with DSLP13. We retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio and marketing, unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project starts, which we will honour.

Consulting and strategy advice is provided based on the information you give us and our professional judgement at the time. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, and we do not guarantee any specific business result from following our recommendations.

Design packages: a full refund applies if you cancel before any concept work has started; once concept work has started, the fee is non-refundable, reflecting time already spent. Web design packages: the fee is non-refundable once design work begins; a refund applies only if we fail to deliver the agreed scope. This clause does not affect your other legal rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you are a consumer rather than a business client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any single project is limited to the total fees paid by you for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of business, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages or other events of force majeure.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
