Every project starts with a Discover call — a short, focused conversation about your business, your audience and what you actually need, not a generic sales pitch. For a branding project we talk through your industry, your competitors and the feeling you want your mark to give off. For a web build we talk through your pages, your content and how customers should move through the site. For a consulting booking, we use the time itself as the discovery — you bring the problem, we bring the questions. Nothing is designed before this conversation happens.

This is where the work actually gets made, entirely by our in-house team. For branding, one of our designers builds your concept (or concepts, on the 3 Variations package) from scratch, informed directly by the Discover call. For guidelines, we document colour, type and usage rules around a finished logo. For web design, we build your pages by hand around your brand, rather than dropping content into a page-builder template. For consulting, this stage is the conversation itself — working through positioning, pricing or a rebrand direction in real time.

Once you've seen the first version, you tell us what's working and what isn't, and we refine it — within the number of revision rounds included in your package (see each product's description on the Pricing page for exact rounds). Feedback is collected in one place, from one point of contact, so changes don't get lost or contradicted. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included can be added at our published add-on rate — we'll always tell you before any extra cost applies.

Once you approve the final version, we deliver your files in the formats your package includes — PNG and JPG on entry logo packages, adding SVG, PDF and favicon versions further up the range, or a PDF brand book for guideline packages. Web builds are delivered ready to point your domain at. Full ownership of the final delivered files transfers to you once payment is complete, as set out in our Terms.
